Conflict Resolution in a Group Pt 3

The situation thus far has progressed to a certain point, but now it is the difficult part. The person of concern has made themselves approach those that they thought they had wronged and apologised, expressing their desire for change and informing the others of what they were doing, and intending to do.

The others, save one, were relatively receptive to this action, and the feedback I received was that they felt "it was brave" and "noble" of him to make such an apology like he did. The person who didn't take the receptive path said that people can say whatever but unless they do, they won't respond. It is a cynical attitude to have in this situation, but well within their right to do so.

So, at the present, I am still yet to receive the document that was promised to me, however I do not know if that is necessarily required any more. I would like to see some form of evidence in regards to their claim that they are receiving help/counselling, in the form of an appointment slip, or counsellors reference etc, but I won't press them for it. In the current state, my role is not that of active behaviour unless someone requests me to pursue certain aspects of it further.
